Acceptance Testing and Commissioning of Two 1.5 MW Gas Engine Power Plants for a Greenhouse Complex in Tatarstan
MS RUS ENERGY SOLUTIONS Group has successfully completed the acceptance testing and commissioning of two containerized gas engine power plants (GPPs), each rated at 1,500 kW. The units operate at an output voltage of 10.5 kV and are equipped with a full heat recovery (cogeneration) system.
The power plants were supplied for a large greenhouse complex in the Republic of Tatarstan. Designed as dual-fuel gas engine power plants, the containerized units serve as the facility's primary power source. Their integrated heat recovery system captures thermal energy from both the engine exhaust gases and the engine cooling circuit, providing an efficient heat supply for greenhouse heating and significantly improving the overall energy efficiency of the installation.
MS RUS ENERGY SOLUTIONS engineers carried out a comprehensive commissioning program, including full-load acceptance tests, synchronization, and verification of parallel operation of both generating units. Following the successful completion of all acceptance procedures, the power plants have been approved for commercial operation. MS RUS ENERGY SOLUTIONS Group will continue to provide warranty coverage and comprehensive after-sales service for the installed equipment.
