MS RUS ENERGY SOLUTIONS Group has completed commissioning works for six containerized gas engine power plants based on Yuchai gas generator units, each with a rated capacity of 1,100 kW. The units operate on natural gas, deliver power at 10.5 kV, and are equipped with a full-cycle heat recovery system.

The project was implemented for a data center of PJSC VimpelCom (Beeline) in Yaroslavl—one of the operator’s key Tier III facilities. The total installed electrical capacity of the six gas engine units is 6.6 MW. The recovered heat is supplied to an absorption chiller (LiBr-based), where it is converted into chilled water at 7°C. This is the first trigeneration project implemented for data centers in the past 20 years.

Our engineering team performed a full scope of load testing, synchronization setup, and integration into the existing data center power infrastructure.
